Ashley River Creative Arts Elementary School is a an award-winning magnet school in Charleston County School District, located at 1871 Wallace School Road in Charleston, SC.  The school was recently renovated and expanded, but the existing gymnasium remained unchanged. 

This project included work associated with a study to determine the feasibility of renovating the gymnasium to:

1) Provide air-conditioning

2) Comply with building codes

3) Correct miscellaneous building system deficiencies.

JCA provided a comprehensive written report to help the owner make informed  decisions regarding the future use of the building.
